I didn't actually have a product off you, as I ordered too late for the order to be received by the time we were having the hen-do (it was a last minute arrangement) However, the service I received was exemplary! Andrew Fortt was very professional but also sympathetic to my situation, advising that you can not guarantee delivery on time. The refund was actioned and goods never sent.
I will be using this site again!
